How do I buy load?

It’s simple! Just follow these steps:

  2. Select your network and the load amount or promo.
  3. Enter the recipient’s mobile number.
  4. Proceed to checkout and pay.

What is a “Recipient Phone Number”?

This is the Philippine mobile number that will receive the load. It can be your own number or the number of a friend, family member, or fiancé in the Philippines. Please ensure this number is active.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. We use PayPal as our primary payment processor for card transactions. This means we do not see or store your credit card details. Your financial information is processed directly by PayPal’s encrypted servers, making it one of the safest ways to pay online.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card?

No. When you select “Pay with PayPal,” you will often see an option to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” as a guest, without needing to log in to a PayPal account.

How long does it take to receive the load?

In most cases, the load is sent instantly (within minutes) after our system verifies your payment.

Note: Occasionally, local network maintenance (Smart/Globe/DITO systems going offline) may cause a delay. If the recipient has not received the load within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you created an account during checkout, you can view your order history and real-time status by clicking “My Account” on the menu.

I entered the wrong phone number. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. Because mobile load is a digital product that is consumed immediately upon sending, we cannot “reverse” or “take back” the load once it has been delivered to the number you provided.

Please double-check the recipient’s mobile number carefully before clicking checkout.
