We make sure that every phone number you entered as you choose a load denomination is true and correct. By this, we are implementing the following measures.

  1. The “BUY LOAD NOW” button will NOT show when you enter a phone number with fewer than 11 digits.
  2. The “BUY LOAD NOW” button will NOT show when you enter a phone number that does not start with 09.
  3. The “BUY LOAD NOW” button will ONLY show when you CHECK the certainty notice right under the phone number box.

Additionally, a final reminder is placed below the phone number box and the certainty check. This is to see if you’re 101% sure that the phone number you entered is correct.

With all these preventive measures and due to the nature of our products (digital products), we say we cannot issue refunds.
